Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We operate by appointment only. Please respect our time and we will respect yours. Deposits are applied to your final invoice and are non-refundable unless Wicked Labz cancels.

Reschedule: No problem with at least 24 hours notice (one-time reschedule).
Late cancellations / No-shows: Deposit is forfeited.
Running late: Please email us ASAP — arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
No warranty guarantee: Custom, performance, and aftermarket modifications are not covered by manufacturer warranties unless stated in writing.
Right to refuse service: Wicked Labz reserves the right to refuse or stop service on any vehicle deemed unsafe, improperly modified, or misrepresented at booking.

Service Disclaimer

Wicked Labz is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, electrical faults, prior modifications, or manufacturer defects.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in serviceable condition prior to the appointment.

Any custom lighting, fabrication, or modification may void manufacturer warranties. Customer assumes responsibility for aftermarket modifications.
